The Sacred Reset is an 11-day intimate retreat in Sonoma County, California – an invitation to release, restore, and return to the deepest truth of who you are. This is not just a detox. It’s a sacred re-alignment.

We’ll gather for 11 days in a peaceful private home surrounded by nature, with a sauna, pool, jacuzzi, yoga studio, and shared spaces to drop into quiet and connection.

Together, we’ll journey through a 9-day liver cleanse inspired by the healing principles of Medical Medium®, paired with:
• Daily yoga and meditation
• Gentle digital detox (no phones, no screens – just presence)
• Nourishing plant-based meals and juices
• Access to private coaching, Reiki, and intuitive healing sessions
• Time to rest, reflect, and remember
• A post-retreat integration circle via Zoom one week after we return home
